Q 5.1. How can I register on AFGIS site to view online information on my loan status, Survival benefit status and other information viz-a-viz AFGIS ?

Upto-date information of all the schemes on your account with AFGIS regarding Survival benefit, Loan outstanding, Final withdrawal from Survival benefit, Loan application status, Query posting option etc is available on AFGIS site.

You need not register separately on AFGIS site on AFNET. AFGIS uses AFNET authentication password to allow access to member information.

Q 5.2. Is it possible to transfer money to AFGIS electronically ?

Yes, electronic transfer of money to AFGIS is possible through RTGS. (Click for details)

Q 5.3. Can I deposit cash into bank account of AFGIS for refund of loan/ contribution ?

No, cash payment is strictly prohibited and will not be accepted.

Q 5.4. If I wrongly transfer any amount in AFGIS bank account, what should I do to get the refund?

Write a letter or email to Secretary AFGIS with transaction detail and mention the appropriate reason for such wrong transfer to the office to get the refund.
